Can you describe the booking process?

The booking process is simple and hassle-free. First, select your desired check-in and check-out dates on our website. Once you've chosen your dates, browse our selection of high-quality apartments, each with detailed descriptions, photos, and availability. After choosing the perfect apartment, please proceed to the booking form to submit your inquiry (please note, bookings are not instant and require confirmation from our side). There, you’ll provide your personal details and any special requests you may have. Once we receive your inquiry, we will send you an email with all the booking details and a confirmation to proceed. If you need additional services, such as pre-arrival groceries or baby cots, you can easily add them during the booking process. Should you need any assistance, our team is always ready to help.

1. Nueva Andalucía
Nueva Andalucía is one of the most family-friendly areas in Marbella. It’s quiet, residential, and offers easy access to beaches, shopping, and restaurants.

2. San Pedro de Alcántara
Just west of Marbella, San Pedro de Alcántara offers a more laid-back vibe, with a charming town center, beautiful beaches, and a variety of parks. It’s a more affordable option compared to Marbella’s center, while still offering plenty of family-friendly amenities. 3. Cabopino
This small, picturesque village near Marbella is a hidden gem for families. Cabopino offers beautiful beaches, a relaxed atmosphere, and family-friendly restaurants. The marina area is great for strolls, and the nearby dunes and nature reserves offer some beautiful outdoor experiences for the whole family.

Do you allow pets?

Some of our properties are pet-friendly; however, please note that a pet fee applies.

What is the minimum and maximum stay duration at the property?

The minimum stay at our properties varies depending on the season, with a minimum of 4 to 7 nights required during high season. The maximum stay can be up to 11 months, depending on the property.

How does the security deposit work?

A security deposit is required to ensure there are no damages to the property during your stay. This deposit is held at the time of booking and will be returned to you within 10 working days after your departure, provided no damages are found. If any damage is reported, the cost will be deducted from the deposit before it is refunded.

Is it possible to request an early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. However, if we are able to accommodate your request, it may be possible for an additional fee. Please reach out to us in advance to check if these options are available for your stay.
